The atmosphere at the Bistro is unique to Turlock. Its vibrant colors as well as its colorful staff literally reflect the vibrant tastes of each carefully crafted dish.

Fabulous luncheon entrees include the always-popular fresh pasta of the day, as well as the carefully conceived homemade soups, which are created each and every morning for lunch and dinner. Clear and crisp salads including spinach salad, which incorporates fresh spinach leaves, pancetta, capers, house-cured grilled onions and herbed goat cheese are always a hit with patrons. Our ever popular chicken picatta as well as our house-ground and seasoned hamburger on a specialty bun are but two of our most popular dishes at lunch.

Our chicken Marsala is a sure thing for many of our regulars at dinnertime. Another signature feature at dinner is the fresh fish of the day, which includes our potatoes diaphanous, as well as our daily, house made chutney.
